Conferences & Seminars
At the USI Premises, we offer professionally maintained and technically savvy Conference / Seminars Rooms. You have the option of choosing from the three capacities of 75 pax, 20 pax & 16 pax. There is also a centrally air-conditioned Auditorium with a capacity of 300 pax.

Rooms
Rooms: Standard and deluxe rooms well furnished with all facilities.
Apartments: These have a drawing-cum-dining room, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a wash-cum-ironing room. Room service can be availed of from the Restaurant/Coffee Shop or you can cool a meal yourself. The Roof Top Hut is a Mini Apartment with a Private Terrace.

The Banquet Hall
If you want to play host to a private party, take up the Banquet Hall. Call upto 60 guests and see them love the place. Leave the rest to us. Sit back and enjoy.
THE COFFEE SHOP
Provides soft drinks and the much needed tea/coffee and snacks during the day for our in-house guests up to 10 p.m.
Recreation
TThe resort offers leisure time activities and indoor games to relax and unwind. Spend your lazy afternoons or evening free time with some exciting games which include badminton, rooftop chess, Billiards, Table Tennis & indoor games.
You could also have a workout at our Gym.
Catering
Our professionally trained team of cooks, under the supervision of a seasoned Chef offers you culinary delicacies that will pamper your palate and meet all your catering requirements.
